+1 Maintenance report Feb 09-13

I was on +1 maintenance duty this week with the help of @j.j and @hectorcao.

For this week, our main focus was on the Python 3.14 and Python 3.14 as default transitions. In the end, we managed to clear out all remaining packages in the initial transition, and made decent progress on the defaults. Some of the more interesting package fixes include opengv, pybdsf, shasta, and pidng.

A lot of the package blocks in resolute are related to the amd64v3 architecture variant. If you would like to pick up where we left off, I would focus on FTBFSes here. The Python defaults transition still has a few.

Special thanks to Hector for getting started on +1 Maintenance early last week while I was out sick, and for resolving issues with crmsh, fetchmail, and libvirt-python!

Special thanks to JJ for additionally providing detailed bug reports upstream, and for noting documentation issues!
