Gnome 3.26.2 Released - Coming to 17.10?

This is the last maintenance release in this series. Can we expect this to come to 17.10?

“I’m pleased to announce the release of GNOME 3.26.2, the final planned release for the GNOME 3.26 series. It includes many bugfixes, documentation improvements, and translation updates,” said Michael Catanzaro in the announcement. “All distributions shipping GNOME 3.26 are strongly encouraged to upgrade.”:sunglasses:

Once the SRU process is completed, I’m unsure if @jbicha already started working on the update.

Note that we already backported a lot of important fixes from 3.26.2 in 17.10

OIC Good to know! :+1:

Excellent, was looking for an answer to this question. The particular case I was looking to get fixes was this bug report https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/artful/+source/mutter/+bug/1725649

After that one, I can offer some motivational videos to newcomers to Ubuntu (games in this case) so they see the current potential of Ubuntu.
